1. Service Description

T.N.D. (Transport & Navigation Dispatch) Logistics provides a digital environment for coordinating international freight transport, focusing on multimodal logistics, automated customs transit, and satellite tracking of shipping containers. The platform explores algorithmic routing to reduce operational costs in global import and export operations.

Our services are offered exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) supply chain management. You must have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your company to use this service.

2. User Responsibilities & Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all shipping documentation and data you submit.

3. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T.N.D. Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any delays, failures, or errors in transit not directly caused by a verifiable platform system failure; or (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the services, regardless of the form of action, is limited to the fees you paid to us for the services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where T.N.D. Logistics is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
